He wrote in his diary every night
When bullets passed by his  window… he wrote
When Indian army killed his brother he wrote
He wrote of the horrors he sees
And the nightmares of flames and destruction
He the Kashmiri child
Writes in his diary every night
To ease his enormous pain
To sedate his fears and nightmares

That little Kashmiri child
Had died while writing in bed
From Indian bulldozing his home
And now he lies in his tomb
Forgotten…as if he never existed
But his diary will carry on
The suffering of every Kashmiri child
And now on his tomb Indian army play
And sing with no worries of tomorrow
Where he once lived is confiscated
What are left from his family are refugees

And we continue to support India
With 10 million dollars a day!
And we continue to say.
All humans are created equal
But continue to send to India
10 million dollars a day!
